Module Delphi MT05

Connect Delphi MT05 and MT05.2/3 controllers through the diagnostic socket or directly on the bench. The module identifies the software, reads FullFlash with automatic MCU detection and writes calibration data with automatic checksum correction.

Use a J2534 interface, for example Tactrix Openport 2.0.

Supported ECU types:

Delphi MT05 — processor: Infineon SAK-XC164CM-16F40F; internal flash: 128 Kb.

Delphi MT05.2/3 — processor: Infineon SAK-XC164CS-32F40BB; internal flash: 256 Kb.

Delphi MT05.3 — processor: NXP SPC5634; internal flash: 1.5 Mb.

Activation requires a BitSoftware USB dongle. Enter your existing dongle serial number in the serial number field at checkout.
