For petrol Toyota and Scion models with Delphi Gen1 ECUs. Virtual reading and writing use OBD over CAN.

Toyota Delphi MPC565/SH72xx (FID: 140)

Three Delphi hardware variants are covered: Motorola MPC565, Renesas SH72544 and Renesas SH72512.

File sizes: 1Mb, 1.5Mb and 2Mb.

Available functions:
- Software identification
- Retrieve the latest available software update by virtual reading
- Write an update or downgrade version
- Recover an ECU from any state

Only vehicles using CAN bus are supported.

Software activation requires a BitSoftware USB dongle. Enter your existing dongle serial number in the serial number field at checkout.
